Child Impact in Myanmar with Ted Wilson, Adventist Church President

In November 2018, the Adventist church in Myanmar celebrated 125 years of community service. Ted N.C. Wilson, President of the General Conference of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, and his wife Nancy, visited Myanmar to attend the celebration. The event was held at the Myanmar Seminary, about five hours from Yangon.

Child Impact International’s CEO Jim Rennie accompanied Pastor and Mrs. Wilson part of the trip. Pastor Wilson was impressed to learn that Child Impact sponsors nearly twenty percent of the students at the seminary,  which is key to the church in Myanmar. Pastor Wilson voiced that he is grateful for the services provided by Child Impact and its sponsors in countries like Myanmar.
