Liability Release Agreement
I expressly agree and promise to accept and assume all of the risks existing in participating in this event. I acknowledge that it is purely voluntary, and I elect to participate in spite of the risks. I hereby voluntarily release, forever discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Southern Adventist University (SAU) and Child Impact International (CII) from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action, which are in any way connected with my participation in this activity or my use of SAU’s equipment or facilities, including any such claims which allege negligent acts or omissions of SAU and CII.
All proceeds from the Rescue Run benefit Child Impact’s Operation Child Rescue initiative.
Through rescue and prevention, these projects fight forced child marriage, sexual exploitation, bonded servitude, abandonment, and abuse. As a result, many children have been set free and now have hope for a bright future! You can make the difference for indigenous children surviving abuse in their remote communities, families trapped generational slavery at a brick factory, and girls being forced to marry before they finish middle school.
