Human Trafficking is an underground
crime affecting 50 million individuals worldwide.
For over ten years, Child Impact International has been an emerging leader in the fight against human trafficking with 30 projects in 17 countries and counting.
July 30 is the UN World Day
Against Human Trafficking.
Every day, girls as young as 12 years old are solicited for prostitution. Every day, they are asking themselves, ‘Can I be a sacrifice?’ Other girls are trafficked by their own family members or abused if they don’t cooperate. In one instance, two young girls were nearly trafficked because their father owed just over $400—a debt that collectors were ready to settle with their lives. At Child Impact International, we believe every girl deserves to live free from fear, exploitation, and abuse. That’s why we’ve launched the Rescue a Girl initiative. Please join us for the Rescue Vespers where we’ll cover in depth our bold effort to pull girls out of human trafficking—or prevent them from ever falling into it—and to provide them with everything they need to begin a new, hope-filled life.
