Dr. Tom L. Evans has served as CEO of Child Impact International since 2021. Tom and his wife, Mara, (originally from Brazil) have pursued a lifelong calling to positively impact the lives of children. They have been involved in child sponsorship, hosting exchange students, mission trips, respite care, orphan hosting, and have adopted two boys from Latvia (near the Russian border) and two girls from Bulgaria. Tom and Mara believe they are placed on earth to make a difference and feel compelled to save one more!
Tim Taylor
Tim Taylor is the Technology and Innovation Director for Child Impact International, where he combines his expertise in technology with a passion for transformational ministry.
Tim holds a Master of Divinity degree and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry through Andrews University with a concentration in leadership. He has served as a pastor, conference evangelism director, and certified life coach.
Tim has a strong sense of justice and is passionate about protecting the vulnerable.

Jason Belyeu
Jason Belyeu has served nearly 20 years as a Bible teacher and pastor in the Seventh-day Adventist Church and also serves as an ambassador for Child Impact International at Southern Adventist University.
He is passionate about sharing the hope of Jesus’ soon return while meeting practical needs with compassion. Jason lives in Florida with his wife, Angela, and their daughter, and enjoys watersports, football, and gardening.

Rebecca Kolb
Rebecca is currently a Theology student at Southern Adventist University. She recently completed the SALT program where she was trained extensively in Bible work and outreach.
Rebecca is a passionate preacher who loves sharing the word of God. She also has a heart for children around the world, which has led her to volunteer for Child Impact International as an Ambassador.
Rebecca longs to see all children free to learn about Jesus and pursue their dreams.

Kelly Garcia
Kelly and his wife, Raquel, live in south Texas and have 20+ years involved in children’s ministries and clubs. They are involved in child sponsorship and feel a calling from God to do more to help children around the world.
They are the proud parents of a 13-year-old daughter and 11-year-old son that God has blessed them with. They look forward to seeing where God leads them.

Dr. Jerry Joubert
Dr. Jerry Joubert has served as a pastor, evangelist, conference director, counselor, teacher, and theology professor for over 53 years in South Africa and the USA. He recently retired and now serves as an ambassador for Child Impact International, headquartered in Tennessee.
Born and raised in South Africa, he is married to Beverly, and they have two grown children and three grandchildren who live in Taiwan and England. He enjoys birding, hiking, and triathlons. His motto is “Make a difference - be part of the solution, not the problem!”

Gabriella de Asis
Gabriella is a real estate photographer and owner of House to Home Photography, a media company built to support evangelism.
She was born and raised in the Philippines and hopes to one day establish a school of trade and evangelism in Palawan. Her goal is to provide training and job opportunities to missionaries and Bible workers.
She enjoys writing and public speaking and uses both to spread the gospel and tell people of the love of God. Outside of work and ministry, she is an avid hiker and aspiring triathlete.

Dr. Jerry Arnold has spent over 44 years in ministry. He has served as a conference evangelist, local church pastor, and speaker on Life Talk Radio. He is known for teaching the Word of God with clarity and conviction.
His wife Karen has been an educator, occupational therapist, writer, and children’s ministry leader. Together they have three children and six grandchildren.
Jerry and Karen are excited to represent Child Impact International, believing that God is leading the organization to change lives here and for eternity.

Jairo Flores
Jairo is a devoted husband to his lovely wife and a proud father of three.
As a Director of Education Services, he has the privilege of supporting individuals with special needs in reaching their goals and realizing their potential.
Outside of work, Jairo enjoys cycling—whether on open roads or mountain trails.
He is a proud supporter of Child Impact International, an organization making a difference in the lives of children around the world.

Nicole Parker is a board member of Child Impact who has a passion to protect, heal, and share the gospel with vulnerable people around the world.

As an anti-abuse advocate, she has spent many years educating the church about abuse and helping victims heal from trauma.
Nicole is the author of the bestselling Tales of the Exodus, a 7-book series walking both children and adults through a story-based biblical process of healing from trauma and developing resilient faith to face life’s trials. Nicole currently serves on the NAD EndItNow anti-abuse planning committee.
She and her husband Alan have four delightful children.

Dean Pfiefle is the co-owner of Carnivore Candy, a small business based in Washington State that partners with Child Impact International. Moved by the urgent needs of vulnerable children, Dean and his business partner committed to giving 10% of their profits to support Child Impact’s Operation Child Rescue fund.
Passionate about bringing hope and freedom, Dean is dedicated to spreading awareness and inviting others to join the fight against human trafficking.

Lizelle Oreno
Lizelle and her husband, Meljonn, currently reside in southern Michigan, where they are pursuing graduate studies. Their background in literature evangelism has allowed them to witness firsthand the transformative beauty of the gospel in people’s lives.
Rooted in evangelism, they sense God’s call to join this movement and to be a voice for disadvantaged and vulnerable children in need.

Neskens Jr. Dorcelus
Neskens Jr. Dorcelus joined Child Impact International in 2025 as a Canadian representative.
He is the Founder and President of Dorcelus Empowerment, delivering training on workplace toxicity, conflict resolution, school bullying, and leadership. His work supports schools, organizations, communities, and government agencies.
He firmly believes every pizza should come with pineapple and is proud to be part of Child Impact International’s speaker team and global mission.

Seth Parker is a student at Southern Adventist University studying theology with the goal to become a pastor.
He works at Child Impact because of his desire to help those in need and live as Jesus lived. Seth loves the organization because Child Impact wants to make a real difference for children in this world.
He loves socializing, the outdoors, and, most importantly, spreading the gospel of God.

Dr Art & Heidi Lopez
Dr. Arturo y Heidi López se conocieron en la Universidad Adventista del Plata en Argentina y llevan 23 años de casados. Tienen dos hijas y están en el proceso de adoptar a dos niños de Tanzania. El Dr. López tiene una clínica dental que sirve a la comunidad de Collegedale, Tennessee. Por cuatro años han estado involucrados en el ministerio de Child Impact, del cual Heidi forma parte de la junta directiva. Guiados por un profundo amor por la familia, la salud mental y la comunidad, lideran un grupo de apoyo para padres llamado Stronger Together (Juntos somos más fuertes) y disfrutan de la música, acampar y viajar.

Dr. Paul Hunt, originally from London, England, traversed a path leading him from the professional music business to the gospel ministry.
Alongside him is his best friend and wife, Petronella, an accountant, financial coach and business manager of Pine Tree Academy. Together, they’ve nurtured a trio of gifted young adults: Ashera, Kaniel, and Sammara. Currently,
