Child sponsorship through Child Impact International is an eternal gift that gives poor or disadvantaged children the opportunity to rise above poverty and fulfill their potential. It provides a chance for them to personally experience the love of Jesus in a Christian setting. Sponsorship links children with caring members of Child Impact’s family of sponsors and empowers them to make a positive contribution to a child’s development. Sponsorship also provides the needy child with an education, regular meals, and valuable parental support. The program is also a key funding for Adventist mission schools.

What better investment can there be than a child’s future? Our blind, deaf, orphaned and poor children are living witnesses to this. Child Impact’s extended family of over 3000 children is an exciting ministry. Like all families, at times we experience rough waters where circumstances change and children and sponsors leave our program. But like all families, we persevere because there is no greater act than that of caring.

Child Impact International does not provide personal contact details to sponsored children. Our child protection policy requires us to use caution in providing a child’s information to sponsors, therefor we encourage communication through our country offices. Sponsors receive a letter from their sponsored child twice a year and a school report annually. Our sponsored children love hearing from their sponsors and we pray that each sponsor will communicate with their sponsored child at least once a year.
